Picmonkey
I think picmonkey was suitable for editing my photos and images, because it
was easy and simple to use and had many features available such as lovely
layouts etc.
The tools I liked to use it were cropping tool, rotate tool, effect tool, overlays tool and themes tool. There was only two formats which images can be save as which are JPG and PNG that's the only disadvantage of using this online editing website while photoshop has plenty of image format for saving. The resolution which I have saved my pictures was 1024x768 and quality was pierce.
The reason why my images have high resolutions because they need to be fit for the printing and this resolution will have a better printing quality.
The reason I have chosen picmonkey is because it’s free, there is no needed to download the software, has lovely layouts and affects and its simple/easy to use than photo shop.
The quality of the pictures which has been edited in picmonkey was good quality on JPG& PNG formats, I think JPG format pictures have looked better than PNG format because PNG has lossless image format while JPG uses lossy compression in order to maintain good quality images.

There is some more features available in picmonkey, some of them needs to be purchased but usually doesnt cost as much as adobe photoshop package does.
Formats:
There is only two formats available on picmonkey which can be saved as images such as formats JPG and PNG. Thats the main disadvantages of using picmonkey as it doesnt have many formats availble like photoshop does . On images i have used both JPG and PNG and i do think that JPG image quality is better and it stays the same when image is being zoomed while PNG is lossless format it might loose the image quality when its zoomed thats because PNG image file size is a little bit smaller than JPG .
Image Resolution;
I have saved my images on 1024x768 resolution and the quality was pierce. The reason i have choosen a higher resolution is because I wanted them to fit for printing and into my blog and i do think this rosulution has better print quality and images wont lose any quality
Color
Picmonkey doesnt have much color available for editing of pictures like adobe photoshop does. Photoshop is expensive but it does contain more tools and color than picmonkey. I do think in picmonkey there should be added more tools such as tool like free hand drawing , add animated images etc. Also i do think they need to add more colors for picture editing.
Comment:
I did liked the editing my images in picmonkey because i found it easier and quicker of using picmonkey tools than photoshop. The disadvantages which i didnt like about picmonkey as it only had two file formats which images can be save on and also there isnt much color editing available in picmonkey and also some cool tools in picmonkey are locked due to that need to purchase them in order to use them.
Although i still satisfied with my images and how they look after being edited, picmonkey makers do add some new features and tools especially during the celebrations/seasonal like christmas features and halloween.
